Am trying to buy some music this morning, and my iTunes software comes back to me with non-descriptive message like “An error has occurred”. (Only when shopping!)
Thank you for that… and now for the big bucks question: “How can I solve it, where lies the problem, and whom can I contact ?”
The support website seems to contain lots of entries of possible problems, but I don’t find where I can open an incident ticket!
